Frankie’s Spirits partners with licensed third party retailers through the AccelPay retailer network to fulfill alcohol orders placed on our website. Please review the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Fulfillment Through Licensed Retailers

Orders for delivery within the United States that contain alcohol are fulfilled by licensed third party retailers in the AccelPay network. Frankie’s Spirits does not directly sell, process, or ship alcohol to consumers.

When you place an order containing alcohol, your transaction is facilitated through a licensed retailer. Your purchase is between you and that retailer, and fulfillment is managed through AccelPay and its retailer network.

AccelPay’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, ecommerce terms, payment terms, and any other applicable legal terms govern purchases facilitated through its platform. You may review the current AccelPay legal terms at https://www.accelpay.io/company/legal. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

Shipping Locations

Orders are fulfilled for delivery within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A valid residential or business street address is required for delivery.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary due to order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.

After processing, standard delivery generally takes an additional 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination and carrier service level.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed retailers within the AccelPay network. Retailers may use a variety of fulfillment carriers, including UPS and GLS, to complete delivery.

If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, items may ship separately and may arrive at different times.

Adult Signature and ID Verification

All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery. The recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government issued photo ID at the time of delivery.

Carriers are required to verify age and obtain signature confirmation. Alcohol shipments cannot be left unattended, delivered without signature, or redirected to a PO Box.

Delivery Attempts

Delivery services will make up to three attempts to deliver the package to the address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone 21 years of age or older is available to receive and sign for the package.

Undeliverable Packages and Associated Fees

If the package remains undeliverable after three delivery attempts, it will be deemed undeliverable and returned to the fulfilling retailer.

If a refund is requested for an undeliverable package, a flat Undeliverable Package Fee of 25 dollars will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

If a reshipment is requested, a flat fee of 40 dollars will be charged to cover both the reshipment and the undeliverable package handling costs. Additional fees may apply depending on the contents of the order.

A request to cancel or reship does not guarantee approval and is subject to the policies of the licensed retailer and AccelPay.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

Orders cannot be edited once placed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If you need to request cancellation prior to shipment, you must contact support@accelpay.io. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@accelpay.io and include photos of the shipment. The AccelPay support team will coordinate resolution and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement shipment within 3 business days.

Alcohol orders cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law.

Responsibility and Risk of Loss

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier by the fulfilling retailer, risk of loss passes in accordance with applicable retailer and carrier terms. Delivery timing and carrier performance are outside the direct control of Frankie’s Spirits.
