2. Orders for Delivery in the USA

Orders for delivery within the USA that contain alcohol are handled and fulfilled by licensed third party retailers in the AccelPay retailer network.

Frankie’s Spirits acts solely as a marketing platform for the products displayed on this website and does not directly sell, take title to, process payment for, or ship alcohol to consumers. Title to and ownership of alcohol products passes from the licensed retailer to the purchaser in accordance with applicable law.

When you place an order containing alcohol, your transaction is facilitated through a licensed retailer in the AccelPay network. Your purchase is between you and that licensed retailer.

AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce terms, payment terms, and any other applicable terms and conditions set forth by AccelPay apply to any purchase made via AccelPay and govern the relationship between you and the licensed retailer fulfilling your order.

3. Order Acceptance and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability by the fulfilling licensed retailer. Frankie’s Spirits and the licensed retailer reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, pricing errors, or compliance concerns.

A request to cancel an order does not guarantee cancellation. Once an order has been processed by the fulfilling retailer, it may not be modified.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be displayed at checkout.

Payment processing for alcohol orders is handled through AccelPay and its authorized payment processors. Frankie’s Spirits does not store complete credit card information.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery of alcohol products are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Alcohol deliveries require an adult signature and valid government issued ID at the time of delivery. Delivery carriers may make up to three attempts to deliver a package. Undeliverable packages may be returned to the licensed retailer and may be subject to fees, including but not limited to undeliverable package fees and reshipment fees.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Frankie’s Spirits is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or regulatory issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to alcohol regulations, orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact support@accelpay.io with appropriate documentation. Refunds, reshipments, or credits are processed on a case by case basis in accordance with licensed retailer and AccelPay policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, packaging, branding elements, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of Frankie’s Spirits or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, or otherwise use any content from this website without prior written permission.
